Questions, answered.
Where is Prodopia located in Guwahati?
Our studio is at Shop No. 1, Aftab Complex, near Akashi Ganga Restaurant, Ulubari Charali, GS Road, Guwahati 781007. We're open daily from 10:30 am — call or WhatsApp 081330 29442 before visiting for a bulk consultation.
Do you deliver corporate gifts outside Assam?
Yes. We ship across India — Guwahati orders can be hand-delivered, and orders for other cities go by courier, packed in protective gift boxes.
What is the minimum order quantity for corporate gifts?
There is no strict minimum: we personalise single pieces for individual gifts and handle bulk corporate orders of hundreds of units. Per-piece pricing improves as quantity grows — share your quantity on WhatsApp for a quote.
How do I place an order?
Tap Buy now on any product or build a Gift list and send it to us — both open WhatsApp with your selection pre-filled. We confirm the design proof, price and delivery date on the same chat.
Can you engrave our company logo and each employee's name?
Yes. We laser-engrave pens, bottles, card holders and metal plates, and foil-stamp or deboss diaries and leather goods. You can brand everything with your logo and add individual names for every recipient.
How long does a personalised corporate order take?
Small personalised orders are typically ready within 1–3 days and bulk orders within about a week, depending on quantity and branding. Festive season slots fill early, so book Diwali and year-end orders in advance.
Will I see a design proof before production?
Always. We send a digital mock-up of your logo or text placement on WhatsApp and start production only after you approve it.
Do you make gifts for doctors, chartered accountants and advocates?
Yes — our Professional Desk Icons range includes caduceus, CA-emblem and advocate-crest pens and desk clocks with personalised gold name plates, popular for Doctors' Day, CA Day and enrolment ceremonies.
Do you have Assamese traditional gifts for guests?
Our Assam Heritage Art collection features hand-painted metal sculptures of Bihu dancers, the pepa and the Bhogali Bihu meji on wooden bases — ideal mementoes for visiting delegates, conferences and weddings.
Do you offer gift boxes and hampers?
Yes. We curate onboarding kits, leadership sets and travel sets in branded gift boxes, and can build a custom hamper from any items in the catalogue.
