Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery

• Guwahati: we can deliver to your office or home, or you can collect from our store at Shop No. 1, Aftab Complex, Near Akashi Ganga Restaurant, Ulubari Charali, GS Road, Guwahati, Assam 781007.
• Rest of India: we ship by courier, packed in protective gift boxes. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch depending on the location.
• Production time: starts after proof approval (and advance payment, where applicable). We confirm the dispatch date with your quote.
• Shipping charges: quoted with your order. Bulk deliveries to multiple addresses can be arranged — share a list with names, addresses and phone numbers.

Damaged or wrong items

Please record an unboxing video and tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 81330 29442) with photos. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, or does not match the approved proof, we will replace or re-personalise it at no cost, or refund that item if a replacement isn't possible.

Returns

• Personalised items (engraved, printed, embossed or with name plates) are made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
• Non-personalised items may be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before you approve the proof. After approval, personalised orders cannot be cancelled because production has begun; non-personalised orders can be cancelled until dispatch.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
