Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of prodopia.com (the "Site") and any order you place with Prodopia ("Prodopia", "we", "us"), Shop No. 1, Aftab Complex, Near Akashi Ganga Restaurant, Ulubari Charali, GS Road, Guwahati, Assam 781007. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. How ordering works

The Site is a catalogue. It does not take payments. When you tap Buy now, Get a quote or send a Gift list, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message to +91 81330 29442. An order is confirmed only when we agree the product, quantity, personalisation, price, delivery date and payment terms with you in writing (WhatsApp or email).

2. Prices and quotes

• Prices are shared on request and depend on quantity, personalisation and delivery. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST will be shown on the quote/invoice.
• Products, colours and stock may change; we will tell you before confirming if anything is unavailable and suggest an alternative.

3. Personalisation and proofs

• For personalised items we share a digital proof. Production starts only after you approve it. Please check spellings, logos and placement carefully — approved proofs are final.
• You confirm that you own or are authorised to use any logo, name, trademark or artwork you send us, and you indemnify us against claims arising from it.
• We may decline content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.
• Engraving, foil, deboss and print can vary slightly in shade and position between pieces and from on-screen proofs; colours on screen may differ from the actual product.

4. Payment

Payment terms (advance, part-advance or on delivery) are agreed per order. For bulk and personalised orders an advance is normally required before production. Payments are made through the method shared on our invoice; never share card details or OTPs on WhatsApp.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on proof approval, stock and courier services. See our Shipping & Returns policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled after proof approval or returned unless they are damaged or defective, or differ from the approved proof. Details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, photographs and videos belong to Prodopia or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Product designs shown with third-party logos are examples of past personalisation; those logos belong to their owners.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction.
