Bulk Corporate Gift Orders: A 10-Point Checklist
Bulk orders fail on details: a misspelt name, a missing address, a logo in the wrong colour. Use this checklist.
- Final quantity — plus 5–10% spares for late joiners.
- One hero product per tier — avoid ten variants.
- Logo files — vector (AI, SVG, PDF) gives the sharpest engraving.
- Names spreadsheet — one column, exactly as they should appear.
- Proof approval — approve one proof per design before production.
- Colour mix — decide colours per person or a fixed split.
- Packaging — gift box, card text, outer cartons labelled by department.
- Delivery — one address or many? Include phone numbers.
- Timeline — 2 weeks for most orders, 3–4 weeks in festive seasons.
- One point of contact — a single WhatsApp thread for approvals.
Common errors and how to prevent them
- Spelling mistakes — copy names from HR records, not from memory; ask each manager to check their team.
- Wrong logo version — confirm whether you need the full logo, the icon only, or a one-colour version.
- Mixed-up colours — if colours vary per person, add a colour column to the names sheet.
- Delivery confusion — label cartons by department or location and share a contact at each address.
Sample before scale
For orders of several hundred pieces, ask for one physical sample after approving the digital proof. It confirms colour, size and finish before the full run.
After delivery
Count and check a few boxes per carton on arrival. Keep the spares together for late joiners, and note what you'd change for next time.
Build your list in the catalogue with the Gift list button and send it to us — we'll take it from there.
